useful location spacious room prompt service easy access
my room was quite spacious and suited my needs. the location proved very useful for getting around. i found it easy to access nearby areas from here. the staff offered prompt service when needed.
the elevators were a little slow at peak times.

poor cooling limited breakfast
the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. despite setting it to a lower setting, the room remained too warm for my liking. the lack of proper cooling was a significant inconvenience, i also noted the limited variety at breakfast. while the quality was acceptable, the selection of items seemed quite reduced compared to other hotels i have visited. a greater range of options would certainly enhance the dining experience!!!

A Return to Simple Elegance
comforting retreat attentive team valet parking italian cuisine
My Executive Room Balcony Lounge Access provided a comforting retreat after my travels. The team was attentive, meeting requests promptly. The access to the lounge for refreshments was a definite plus, and I also liked the availability of valet parking. I especially enjoyed Italian cuisine at Certo restaurant .
The gym could use a few more free weights.

Valet parking makes arrival easy, and there is convenient access to public transportation for excursions. The hotel has a well-kept gym with cardio equipment and some weight machines. a large outdoor swimming pool.

My room included a balcony with seating and afforded a fine view. I appreciated the high quality linens and a rainfall shower. There are ample power outlets near the desk.

The staff provides really good service, and every request was handled with care. I was also greeted with warmth and courtesy at every interaction. The check-in process was swift and efficient.

My room included a small desk I used for work. The air conditioning was effective. It maintained a consistent temperature. A minibar was present, stocked with various beverages. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub.
The gym was very small and sometimes overcrowded, with limited equipment available at peak hours. It needs some attention.

an alright stay
helpful staff late checkout quick service old tv poor cooling awful air conditioning
i found the staff pretty good. juvy helped arrange a late checkout, it was useful. stephen provided info, i needed it. i got water quickly, i also got toothbrushes.
the tv was very old, it had limited channels. the refrigerator didn't cool good, they replaced it. the air conditioning was awful, i couldn't adjust it.
